Shipping Information
Estimated shipment time is 5-7 business days from order placement. Please allow up to two weeks during holidays, seasonal promotions and sales.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with the option of regular or express shipping.
Orders are shipped using Australia Post, within Australia only. Please be mindful that once orders have shipped we have no control over delivery time. Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post parcel tracking with the tracking number provided in shipment notification email.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding postage costs). Items must then be shipped back within 7 days.
This offer excludes complete dollhouses with furnishings and custom orders. We do not accept cancellations or refunds for change of mind.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging unopened (if packaged in a box or bag). I will refund the full price of the items on receiving them back (excluding postage costs – original postage costs and costs to return items to me).
